How We Work
We fit bathrooms for people who live in Cumbernauld, Kilsyth, Kirkintilloch, Moodiesburn and across North Lanarkshire. Our workshop is at 61 Deerdykes View on the Westfield industrial estate in G68 — not a retail-park showroom with the rent and staff costs loaded into every quote.
What that means in practice: the person who answers the phone is the person who's going to turn up at your door with a tablet and a roll of tape. The fitter who measures the room is the fitter who fits the bathroom. When the job's done, you pay — and not before. That's not a sales line, it's how the business is set up.
We don't use subcontractors. Every bathroom is fitted by people on our own books. It takes longer to scale that way, but it's the only way to stand behind the work properly when something needs attention two years on.
Every bathroom is fitted by our own employed team. You'll meet them at the design visit and they'll be the same people who fit your bathroom.
No deposit. No staged payments. You inspect the finished bathroom, sign it off, then you pay. That's the guarantee.
